Who we are

This website is operated by Maxed Labs Ltd(“Controlbook”, “we”, “us”). It advertises our hotel FF&E asset intelligence platform. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@controlbook.ai.

What we collect

• Demo and contact requests. When you submit the demo form we collect your name, work email, company, role and any message you include, so we can respond.
• Scheduling. If you book through the embedded calendar, that booking is handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy.
• Usage analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, and improve the site. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of processors to run the site: our hosting provider (Vercel), our transactional email provider (Resend) for demo-request notifications, and Calendly for scheduling. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@controlbook.ai and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.

Retention

We keep demo and contact submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete or anonymise them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product and site evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
