What is snagging?
Snagging is the final inspection before handover — the walk-round where every defect, missing item and unfinished detail is logged so it can be put right before the client signs off. On an FF&E project that means checking each room against the specification: is the right furniture there, undamaged, correctly installed and complete.
This generator gives you a structured, room-by-room checklist instead of a clipboard and a biro. Add your areas and the items to check, record the status and notes for each, and you have a living defects list that totals what's outstanding. It saves to your browser between visits, so the same list is there when you return to re-inspect.
